aoe6mm Terms & Conditions – Rules Governing Your Account and Use of the Platform

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") govern your access to and use of the aoe6mm platform, including the website located at https://aoe6mm.vip, all associated subdomains, mobile-optimized interfaces, and any related services provided by aoe6mm ("aoe6mm", "we", "our", "us") to registered users ("you", "Player", "User").

aoe6mm complies with Philippine anti-money laundering laws and cooperates fully with AMLC (Anti-Money Laundering Council) reporting requirements. Accounts suspected of being used for money laundering, terrorist financing, or other financial crimes will be suspended immediately and reported to the relevant Philippine authorities without prior notice to the account holder.

Each individual player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the aoe6mm platform. The opening of multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited. aoe6mm employs technical detection systems to identify multiple accounts registered by the same individual. Where multi-accounting is detected, all associated accounts will be suspended, any pending withdrawals will be voided, and bonus winnings will be forfeited.

The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. aoe6mm does not charge deposit transaction fees; however, your payment provider may apply their own fees.

All funds deposited into your aoe6mm account must originate from a payment method registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are not permitted. aoe6mm reserves the right to reverse deposits and close accounts where the beneficial ownership of deposited funds cannot be confirmed.

Processing times for bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank) may take 1–3 banking days depending on the receiving institution. aoe6mm is not responsible for delays caused by the player's payment provider after funds have been released from the aoe6mm platform.

• aoe6mm reserves the right to request additional verification documents for withdrawals exceeding certain thresholds in compliance with AMLC reporting requirements.

• Fraud: Any attempt to deceive aoe6mm, including providing false identity documents, using stolen payment methods, or misrepresenting transaction details.
• Money Laundering: Using the aoe6mm platform to disguise the origin of illegally obtained funds.
• Match Fixing: Participating in, facilitating, or having advance knowledge of match-fixing arrangements affecting any sporting event available for betting on aoe6mm.
• Collusion: Coordinating with other players at live dealer tables or poker rooms to gain an unfair advantage.
• Prohibited Software: Using bots, automated betting scripts, data scraping tools, or any software that interacts with the aoe6mm platform without express written authorization.
• Multi-accounting: Creating or operating more than one aoe6mm account, whether directly or through third parties.
• Chargebacks: Initiating a chargeback or dispute with a payment provider for funds deposited into an aoe6mm account.

• Identification of multi-accounting or account sharing.
• Detection of prohibited software use or other conduct giving rise to an unfair advantage.
• A regulatory direction, court order, or law enforcement request.

Where an account is suspended pending investigation, aoe6mm will endeavor to complete its investigation within 14 calendar days. If the investigation concludes that no breach has occurred, the account will be reinstated and any withheld funds will be released. Where a breach is confirmed, aoe6mm reserves the right to forfeit any bonus-derived winnings, void affected bets, and retain funds as permitted by applicable Philippine law.

Players who wish to voluntarily close their aoe6mm account for any reason may do so by contacting customer support. Voluntary closure requests will be processed within 5 business days. In the event of a dispute between you and aoe6mm:

• You should first contact aoe6mm customer support via live chat or email to attempt informal resolution. The support team will endeavor to resolve all disputes within 10 business days.
• If informal resolution is unsuccessful, disputes relating to game results, account balances, or bonus calculations may be escalated to aoe6mm's internal dispute resolution team, whose written determination will be provided within 21 calendar days.
• Disputes that cannot be resolved internally are subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.

Nothing in this section limits any statutory rights you may have under Philippine consumer protection legislation.
